For the most part yes. Simplification, lack of contour lines, and scrolling. I dropped out halfway so I must missed a couple pointers. The style however, was inspired by other artists.

The art is for a game we currently develop in Unity called 'Pigglet in Mrs. Big Bad Werewolf'.
The image itself was done in Photoshop, but I definitely dig the Flash style, if you know what I mean ;)
